This newly created role offers you the opportunity to serve as the subject matter expert and key point of contact for Salesforce.com and our Laboratory Information Management System. As the Salesforce.com Administrator, you will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, training, support, maintenance and constant improvement of the CRM platform. We're looking for a proactive self-starter who is eager to elevate our CRM to the next level and help position our sales team for success. In the process you'll advance our mission of helping physicians and patients make informed decisions in the treatment of cancer. You'll also join a leader in molecular diagnostics and, more specifically, personalized medicine.
To be a good fit for this Salesforce.com Administrator opportunity you will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work/technical experience.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce.com administration experience.
- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
