Service Technician - Apartment Management

Service Technician Job Description

* Tend to maintenance request for current resident apartments as directed.

* Complete maintenance of make ready apartments with in given time frame.

* Make requested or directed repairs to the building and property as directed.

Porter Job Description

* Tend to the cleanliness of the apartment community, community offices and other common areas.

* Comply with OSHA standards.

* Good communication skills.

Job Requirements for Service Tech.

* Understanding OSHA standards

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Technician at a hotel, commercial facility or apartment community.

* Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.

* HVAC a plus
