What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for leadership of international sales team and activities in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
- Coordinate sales activities and accounts
- Responsible for evaluating, hiring, training, retaining and terminating of international sales team members
- Meeting yearly international sales quotas
- Traveling 30-50% internationally
- Collaborating with executive leadership team for annual goals and plans and strategic international vision
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or related discipline
- Over ten years of International channel management experience
- Experience with electronic security products
- Strong understanding of EMEA, APAC and LATAM markets
- Ability to travel 30-50% Internationally
- Multilingual preferred
