REQUIREMENTS:
** Prior sales experience and exposure to a commission driven environment.
** Prior Staffing/Recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
** Multitasking skills
DUTIES:
** Recruit and interview candidates.
** Business development via phone and in-person
** Documentation of all activities through out the day
** Management of accounts
** Customer Service for both candidates and clients
