GEORGIA COUNSELING REGION

The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, is one of the nation’s leading providers of comprehensive financial counseling and education services for corporate executives and employees as well as high-net-worth individuals and families. We are looking to fill an Assistant opportunity in our Georgia Counseling Region, located in our Atlanta office.


Responsibilities:



  • Working in a fast-paced environment;

  • Heavy typing;

  • Coordinating calendars;

  • Communicating directly with clients;

  • Arranging travel;

  • Transcribing confidential correspondence.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and flexibility;

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience working with executives and supporting multiple people;

  • Proficiency in Windows-based programs;

  • Typing speed of 60 wpm;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities;

  • Transcription experience is a plus.
