As a Retail Airport Store Manager, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of a Bose store; overseeing and driving daily sales performance and business operations; maintain service and operational standards. The Store Manager will provide coaching, feedback, and direction to staff as well as provide development opportunities to build an effective team. The Store Manager is responsible for supporting and participating in floor sales processes, including providing quality presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring total customer satisfaction and developing strong customer rapport. The ideal candidate will manage a team with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Bose.


Skills

Strong leadership and motivation of sales people are required.


Demonstrated ability to deliver quality presentations and demonstrations to large groups.


5 7 years of progressive retail experience required, with a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience. Minimum of one year of Bose retail experience preferred.


Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
