Customer Service Coordinator

Office Coordinator needed for small office in West Los Angeles. We manufacture and distribute skin & hair care products and need a proactive, motivated, and efficient coordinator to be responsible for managing customer orders from entry to delivery. Skills needed are data entry, office organization, international shipping and receiving experience, assistance to the marketing and sales departments, etc.

Daily tasks include, entering client orders, ordering office supplies, preparing import/ export documents, entering payments, shopping quotes from freight companies, posting ads for web services, managing small projects.

You will need to be organized, on-time, proactive, take directions and constructive criticism well and most importantly pay close attention to detail.


1. Must be experienced with all MS applications, Excel, Word, Outlook.

2. International Shipping Experience

3. Research savvy

4. Accounting Software experience is needed- we use Quickbooks

Hours are Monday- Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Pay is determined by experience.

We are looking for someone who will be able to work here for 3+ years. Be aware that our office is located in a high traffic area between West La and Santa Monica. An ideal candidate will live within 10 miles of our office.
