DIRECTOR OF CHILD WELFARE NURSING SERVICES
Supervise and monitor the Health Care Supervisors to ensure that all health care needs of the children in each program are addressed by the assigned nurse. Develop a UR program for the medical & mental health services department following the accreditation committee.
Requirements:
- RN – BSN
- Knowledge of child welfare, developmental disabilities, mental health and primary health care fields
- Experience with medical record review and quality assurance principles
- Proven management abilities
- Excellent word processing skills and communication skills
