We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales, Agency who can leverage deep online ad experience and solid industry relationships in the digital media community to drive the sale of Epsilon's online solutions and related products through key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep online advertising sales or account management background (or a combination), a strong understanding and interest in how data is driving growth of display and a history of successfully growing revenue and exceeding goals in highly competitive environments.


Job Summary


The Director of Sales, Agency will be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific revenue goals from existing and new clients. They will be expected to effectively communicate internally with other sales teams and externally to evangelize the value of Epsilon's online solutions and our relevant expertise and convey how the data fits into our clients’ digital marketing efforts. A prerequisite for the job is a firm understanding of the display ad ecosystem and how the role of various players continues to evolve.


Essential Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy a sales strategy against named accounts

- Form and manage relationships with key internal teams

- Prepare and present compelling online marketing plans and proposals to clients and manage the follow-up activities required

- Work closely with Epsilon’s existing client direct sales teams to leverage those relationships as part of the sales effort

- Proactively manage day to day customer communication with your accounts and grow relationships inside the client organization

- Communicate reporting and test data on campaigns

- Work with channel partners to manage and optimize monthly budgets on behalf of clients


Education and Experience


5 years experience leading sales efforts in digital capacity


4 years account management or sales support experience


Experience with offline and/or online data driven product sales a plus, including an understanding of CRM systems


Ability to thrive in a non-structured environment and collaborate with team members


University degree, strong computer and Internet skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)


Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must


Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
