This litigation paralegal will manage the cases from intake to resolution and must be organized with sharp attention to detail. Responsibilities will include assisting with trial preparation; research, cite checking, creating trial notebooks, preparing and responding to discovery, paper and e-filing with State and Federal courts, drafting correspondence and pleadings, attending trials and depositions as needed, and other paralegal duties.
We are looking for a confident and self motivated litigation paralegal who can manage multiple projects, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines.
