Serves as a lead in the lab, directing staff in data entry, and collects, processes, and analyzes blood, body fluids, tissues, and excrements. Analyzes, validates, and reports laboratory data/results in compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations and standards. Responsible for ensuring appropriate staff resources are correctly utilized, based on workload. Assists Manager with payroll, budget, interviewing, performance, evaluations, and training of Laboratory associates.
