Job Purpose:
Manage new and ongoing product development projects.
Job Summary:
This position coordinates all aspects of creation, production and on-going development/improvement of products, with a specific focus on Referral Maker.
Duties: (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed):
- Work with Director of Product Development to define product requirements, upgrades & features for implementation
Coordinate with IT Development Team to prioritize, schedule and coordinate development projects
- Work with graphic and web designers to enhance the user experience/interface as well as the marketability of the products
- Meet regularly with Client Care, Coaching, Sales and Training teams to gather client feedback, suggestions for improvement, and to communicate upcoming changes and improvements
- Responsible for managing logistics, production calendar, and deadlines
- Develop sales positioning for marketing products and services
- Write articles and blogs as part of a content marketing strategy
- Coordinate product development projects
- Research new products and technologies to assess business & product development opportunities
- Assist in department administration duties
Product Development Project Manager Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):
- 4-year Bachelor's degree.
- 3 year's marketing or project management experience
- Highly skilled in communication and working with people
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
