The Recruiter II is responsible for candidate generation through networking and research. The Recruiter II works closely with Staffing Consultants to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies and to provide a qualified candidate pool that support our engagements. This role requires strong recruiting and research acumen to provide a consistent high quality pipeline of candidates
Responsibilities:
Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies
Develops a network of referrals
Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates
Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates
Other administrative tasks as needed
Required
- At least 3 years experience in in functional recruitment best practices - including direct sourcing capabilities, strategic sourcing and market mastery
- At least 2 years experience in computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
- At least 3 years experience in direct sourcing
- At least 1 year experience in recruiting in the oil & gas sector
- Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified in AIRS
