Regional Sales Manager - Channel and Direct (copy 3)

Responsible for developing strategic relationships with existing accounts, driving new direct and, indirect sales, building customer loyalty, supporting and promoting corporate channel strategies with channel partners


Proven track record of developing significant long term relationships and motivating senior executives to achieve desired results


Strong executive presence and communications skills; must be comfortable discussing IP PBXs, IVRs, SIP devices, Workforce Management Solutions, Back Office Application Suites (CRM, ERP, etc.), Messaging Platforms, etc.


Consistent track record of driving sales volume through direct and, indirect channels


Background and Experience


Skilled in channel development and, familiar with channel partners for IP PBX vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, NEC, Shoretel and, and 3Com


Organizational leadership skills: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team


Min. 4 yrs. channel sales experience working with providers of Unified IP Business Communications Solutions, Business SIP, Predictive Dialing, Cloud Based Call Center Software, Recording Systems, Predictive Dialing Solutions, IVR Solutions, Call Center Automation or, Workload Management Software with a total of 7 years, full life cycle technology sales experience


BA/BS degree or 5+ years of related channel experience


This area already has a significant base of pre-existing channel partners to utilize as references and referrals which you’ll take over


Your success in managing and growing multi-million dollar sales goals will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, top tier commission program with No Cap and, bonuses for exceeding quotas
