We are a full service advertising and marketing agency, is growing and has great career opportunities for account executives to work on our large, Tier 2 (automotive association) accounts. The positions are located in our home office at the foot of Pikes Peak in beautiful, Colorado Springs, CO. We’re looking for energetic, positive, detail-oriented, team players for our client services team, as they will be key point people to make great ideas come to life for our clients. We’re looking for the marketing expertise to interpret client wants into needs, initiating ideas in all areas of business, the all-round knowledge of the specialist disciplines to translate these needs to each department, in order to produce the best possible advertising solutions and the drive and leadership to motivate and unite the Agency and create trust with our clients.

Skills

The ideal AE candidate must have strong presentation and leadership skills, as responsibilities include: day to day management of markets/clients, developing and building strong relationships with clients, developing marketing, creative and media strategies, fiscal management including media and production budgets and overseeing the Agency team and the production process of all creative elements. Travel on these accounts will be roughly 25%.


Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field


3-8+ years of advertising agency experience

Past or present experience on individual auto dealer or auto association accounts


An understanding of retail and automotive advertising


Project management and strategic big-thinking capabilities


Proven relationship building and communication skills
