Android SDK Engineer
We are a fast-growing Entertainment Company with a service that allows you to discover movies and TV shows from your connected devices. We are going after a huge market in the entertainment industry and have the backing of top individual and institutional investors. We count Greycroft Partners, BV Capital, and a few others as our investors! We are urgently looking for an Android Engineer with experience in Object-oriented programming to join our team.
Description:
In this position, you will participate in the development, testing and final release of new features forour Android application in an agile environment.
What you will need:
- Strong experience with Android SDK and Framework
- Proficiency in Java, embedded Linux and C/C++
- Ability to write strong, clean and efficient code
- Deep understanding of how systems communicate on the backend
- Skilled in optimizing code and knows how to track and minimize memory usage
- Previous experience building handsets/tablets is a plus!
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering
