About the Opportunity

The role of Client Services Coordinator (CSC) is to provide service to the client by assisting the Account Executive in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling client needs to ensure client satisfaction. The CSC will be empathetic to the client, have self-control, and be solution driven. This role includes but is not limited to proposal preparation, target market analysis, ad copy, and generating reports. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Directed by Client Services Coordinator Lead (CSCL).

* Proposal preparation

* Consumer demographic, database searches, & analysis

* CrossMedia Marketing campaign development including: ad copy, print & design specification, and digital marketing

* Proof submissions, corrections, and approvals

* Database maintenance and approvals

* Develop and deliver progress reports and required documentation (i.e. forecast, ROI, campaign results, and sales strategy)

* Liaise with sales team, operations manager, and other departments on an ongoing basis to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

* Resolve client issues, both internally and externally

* Maintaining Client Satisfaction

* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

* Develop best practices and tools for client services and management

* Ensure forecast is updated daily

* Stay informed on company business practices, policies and procedures to ensure quality control on rates, products, policies and deadlines

* Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

* University degree or college diploma in the area of specialty and at least 2-5 years of experience in client services

* Strong familiarity with client management software, such as MS CRM

* Competent and proficient understanding of all MS office software

* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

* Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

* Empathetic to the client concerns

* Polite, attentive, and friendly personality

* Reacts to client adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

* Flexible during times of change

* Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

* Motivated towards achieving set goals and deadlines in a timely manner

* Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating

* Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, contractors, and other departments

* Ability to defuse tension among teammates, should it arise

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Adept at conducting research into sales-related issues and products

* Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

* Experienced customer service skills required

* Strong ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced office environment

* Professional and energetic work attitude

Work Conditions

* Overtime may be required in order to meet project deadlines

* Sitting for extended periods of time

* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects

* Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings

* Standard work hours are M-F, 8am-5pm
