Clinical Manager*

We are seeking a Clinical Manager to be responsible for implementation of clinical goals and objectives. Directs clinical staff in development and implementation of patient plan of care. Plans and develops clinical in service and on going education programs. Monitors program expenditures and utilization of services. Supervises clinical staff. Recruits, interviews and recommends hire of, disciplinary action to, promotion of and discharge of clinical staff. Operationally responsible for quality performance, utilization review and coordination of members care/services. Maintains quality indicators data and conducts monthly audits.

Skills/Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State


2. A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. MSN Preferred.


3. Five (5) - Seven (7) years of nursing experience of which a minimum of 3 years should in a managed care setting, home health agency or other health care institution.
