CNC Production Supervisor

Currently seeking a skilled Production Supervisor with experience operating CNC's, supervising people, meeting production deadlines, handling multiple orders and tasks. This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift paying around $16.00-$20.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

> Supervise day to day operations of CNC production floor (Approx. 4 -7 people)

> Monitor order flow on production floor and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule

> Utilize scheduling software to track "In Progress" orders

> Develop plans with other departments to expedite time sensitive orders

> Monitor production schedule and adjust machine operators work schedules as needed

> Report to Production Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

> Experience delegating work, and supervising 5 to 10 people

> CNC operation and experience

> Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on occasion

> Work well in a manufacturing teamwork environment

> Great time management skills

> Extremely detail oriented and organized

> Proactive and positive attitude

> Flexible schedule

> Production maintenance background is a plus

> Production mill work or stone cutting is a plus

> Autocad and Alpha cam experience is a plus
