Data Entry Clerk


As a Data Entry Assistant you will be responsible for data input; entering pertinent data from source documents and performing detailed edit checks of input.

Additional Data Entry responsibilities:

Correcting entries where indicated, along with back-up files to safeguard the information entered

Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentation

Performing low volume data entry

Handling multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, planning, and organizing.


The ideal candidate for this clerical position will have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong desire to help a business grow. You must have a positive attitude with superior communications skills and exceptional data entry skills.

Additional requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills -ability to operate equipment related to the position

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Strong documentation skills

Detail-oriented, accurate.
