Responsibilities
* Understand client’s business problem and identify appropriate analytic methods and approaches which meet their analytic needs.
* Develop analytic project requirements, analytic plans, SOWs, project timelines and other related materials for management of analytic deliverables.
* Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects.
* Create compelling PowerPoint presentations which tell the analytic story, demonstrating their value by providing actionable insights with recommendations.
* Serve as primary client contact on all phases of the analytic project from problem definition through presentation, appropriately managing client expectations throughout the project.
* Accountable for the overall management of analytic projects, including profitability, timeliness, quality and client value.
* Explore and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell existing clients.
* Collaborate with client services to assess prospective clients’ needs and craft and present proposals that meet those needs.
* Experience in telecommunications is desired but not required
Qualifications
* 6-10 years of analytic experience in direct marketing with track record of successfully managing and delivering analytic projects to internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills a must.
* Solid project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently.
* Experience delivering a wide variety of analytic solutions.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams including statistical, technical and marketing resources.
* Strong technical skills (SAS, SQL).
* Bachelor or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
