Job Description:

Executive Assistant Position Features:

Financial services company seeking a seasoned, polished executive-level Assistant for to assist the CEO in their office with 3-5 years related experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently.

Job Duties:

Maintains employer's calendar by setting, monitoring, and confirming appointments; reminding employer of schedules; welcoming and preparing visitors.

Manage travel, meeting and conference agenda and logistics by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, hotel and necessary meeting materials and accommodations, rentals, gifts, events, couriers and scheduling.

Assist with Payroll Processing and basic Accounts Receivables- ADP and Quickbooks

Must be able to create an entire presentation. Advanced skills are a MUST.-Power Point -Intermediate skills

Excel ? Basic formulas and pivot tables.

? Work with other EA's. They collaborate with each other on a regular basis. (schedules, travel, conf rooms, etc)


Good customer service and interpersonal skills required, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Experience:

,,, 3-5 years of experience supporting high level executives, Advanced MS Office including PowerPoint, Type 45+wpm, ADP and QuickBooks. Bilingual Spanish or Japanese is required to communicate with vendors.
