The Finance Manager will Support internal J.D. Power, Segment and Corporate financial reporting including tracking product financial performance, personnel & related costs, travel & entertainment, outsourced costs, etc. This individual will provide company-wide financial reporting for actual and forecast scenarios throughout respective processes and will coordinate or prepare regular ad hoc inquiries from the Executive Committee, Management, Segment and Corporate.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.
• Provide company-wide financial reporting for actual and forecast scenarios throughout respective processes.
• Coordinate or prepare regular ad hoc inquiries from the Executive Committee, Management, Segment and Corporate.
• Coordinate & prepare project level accruals and related reporting.
• Prepare monthly project level estimate including changes from prior month’s submission.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly segment and corporate reporting schedules.
• Coordinate and prepare headcount adjustments, reconciliations and related staffing and utilization summary reporting.
• Provide financial insight to the internal business partners (Global Research Operations and IT).
• Analyze and update financial performance of key initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
• BA/BS in Accounting
• CPA/MBA Preferred
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
• High level of proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of TM1 helpful
