Top client is seeking Long Term Temporary Administrative Receptionists to cover assignments of a month or more. Interested candidates must be able to interview and start immediately, and feel comfortable committing for at least a month.
Responsibilities:
-Answer phones
-Manage calendars
-Process expense reports
-Book travel and coordinate itineraries
-Order office supplies
-Liaise with building management
Requirements:
-BA degree preferred
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Professional demeanor and presentation
-Top notch attention to detail
Compensation:
Hourly rate ranging from $11-15/hr DOE
