Manufacturing Manager.


The Methods Engineer will be responsible for the development/refining of manufacturing methods.


Essential Duties:



  • Creating and maintenance of tooling routers.

  • Prepares tooling quotes.

    Continuous improvement of tooling and manufacturing methods.

  • Resource for technical guidance to manufacturing personnel.

  • Interfaces with other manufacturing departments to address and resolve engineering issues.

  • Completes work order non-standards when necessary.

    Support quality system improvements.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and minimum 5 years of experience working with tooling in a manufacturing environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of tooling manufacturing processes and the machinery & methods used including CNC Lathes, Mill, EDM, etc.
