Sports Marketing Company - National Program Coordinator

o Identify appropriate partnership opportunities for prospective clients

o Maximize partnership value and drive client objectives

o Assist in identification of potential business targets

• Interact daily with college national sales team in order to provide understand insights and objectives gained from client meetings

• Support National Programming manager in the development of presentation materials, pitch deck, follow up materials and media support elements

• Assist in development of relevant sales tools including kick-off briefs, meeting notes, status reports, backgrounders and assets metrics

• Assist in communication of sales timeline and status of national sales team prospects to entire support team and coordinate efforts of all support stakeholders (research, activation, etc)

• Manage the follow-up process and materials output for on-going national dialogue for partnerships with a target investment range between than MM – MM annually

• Management of databases and documents within National Background Folder

o Liaison with University Services in Winston Salem on information databases

• Assist in management of KORE system as it relates to pricing and entry of contracted deals

• Assist in development of media support documents such as media plans, radio counterpoint plans, digital media plans

• Lead in management and relationship of Follett partnership with National Sales teams including assist sales lead in development of sales pitches and marketing opportunities for specific prospects

• Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum of two (2) years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience or specific disciplines such as sponsorship marketing, event marketing, media sales and media buying required

• Experience in sports industry preferred

• Experience with sponsorship activation, on-site event marketing operations and logistics preferred

• Ability to think strategically and creatively

• Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups

• Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills

• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
