Sports Radio Station - Client Service Coordinator (FT)

Position Profile

The major responsibility of this role is to be the champion of special custom programs designed specifically for our clients.


An orderly approach to work, multi-tasking, and the ability to work with several different types of personalities and work styles both internally and externally is a must. In addition the ability to demonstrate an attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and a drive to help make work flow smoothly and efficiently are also important to success in this role.


Externally this position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate a professional manner for interaction with our diverse client base. We are seeking a solutions based individual with the ability to quickly understand a clients’ business and anticipate their needs.


Internally you will be assisting Account Managers and Sales Managers in creating and editing compelling PowerPoint presentations and recaps. Additional expectations include the ability to work well with other departments to provide proof of performance to advertisers, manage production orders and other paperwork, and act as a conduit for tracking down missing assets such as client logos, copy points, and sales promotional materials are also required.
