Sr. SAP MM Consultant

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior SAP MM consultant to join our SAP team. You will part of the US based project team.

The role's task is to drive the solution delivery in the respective area, providing consulting advice based on client's requirements and SAP best practice / experience; assisting the client in decision making process.

The detailed job description consists of performing typical project activities focusing on SAP applications / functionality outlined in the skills section:

• Conduct detailed requirements workshops (to resolve outstanding issues / gaps and gather detailed information for system configuration)

• Prototyping / demonstration of certain parts of solution that require system configuration

• Knowledge transfer to client resources

• Unit testing

• Creation of detailed functional specifications for developments

• Testing of custom developments and documentation

• Integration testing (assisting in scenario development and execution; setting up the test scenarios in Solution Manager)

• Cutover activities

• Go-live support

• Post go-live support

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

A minimum of 5 years SAP MM configuration experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations:

• Good integration knowledge to the SAP modules SD, FI, WM

• Experience with SAP APO is a plus

• Strong Analytical skills

• Strong skills in translating user requirements into into detail design documents for programmers

• Understanding of SAP integration points

• Ability to work independently with little supervision

• Team player and positive attitude

• Ability to manage tight timelines

• Good oral and written communication skill

• Ability to create testing scripts and performing end to end testing

• Ability to develop user training material and deliver user training
