Summer Street Team


The purpose of the Street Host is to provide a friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful service to the public at all times. To actively ensure that all potential guests are greeted when on the boulevard using positive energy at all times. To actively maximise visitor redemptions ensuring that promotional materials are given out to potential guests on the boulevard and also giving as much information as possible verbally so that the attraction can strive to meet budgeted targets throughout the year. To actively up sell to our guests to purchase combination ticket packages. To ensure you have enough collateral for the entire days business. To show initiative and pro actively assist colleagues whenever needed.



Main Responsibilities:


The operation of the business is the key to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas success and the street team is key to this success.

To be courteous, pleasant and approachable at all times when dealing with the public in order to help drive redemptions and leave the visitor with a positive memory.

To be passionate and excited by using positive energy in your role and understand how it fits in with the businesss objectives.

To answer any enquiries and take action as necessary.

To ensure that there is adequate collateral for you to use for the entire days business.

To leave customers with a parting pleasantry

To report any suspicious activity whilst on the boulevard to a Duty Manager immediately to ensure that business risk is kept to a minimum and that your safety is taken care of.

To live the Merlin Entertainments Group company values and embrace them with our guests.


To work together as a team, support, communicate and encourage one another creating a fun and professional environment where both the Merlin and Madame Tussauds brand values are delivered.


To make your line manager aware of any training needs you may have.

To ensure your uniform is clean and tidy and personal hygiene is kept to a high standard.

To do any reasonable duty as detailed by the management team of the attraction.

4.Health and Safety

To work within Merlins Health and safety guidelines at all times.

To report any first aid, hazards or health and safety issues to your line Manager.
