Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for daily building inspections
* Visit with Property Managers and Engineers
* Resolve tenant complaints and coordinate Day Porter schedules
* Weekly inventory control
* Supply ordering
* Coordinate with building management for final clean of tenant build-outs
* Deliver proper equipment to job site
Qualifications:
* Must have at least 5 years of janitorial management experience
* Knowledge of Whittaker Brush Machine, Hot Water Extractor, High/Low speed
buffers and Power Washers
* A strong sense of urgency
* The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
* Professional appearance -- bilingual preferred
* Clear background check and a good driving record is required
