The Amazon Softlines Technology organization is singularly focused on the fashion categories' (e.g. clothing, shoes, watches, jewelry and accessories) online experience worldwide where we own and influence the end to end customer experience ranging from traffic generating innovations to purchase and post-sale experience. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive some of the most challenging initiatives for Amazon Fashion requiring coordination across various technical teams within Amazon to launch some game changing innovations that will truly change the industry. We need someone who is highly technical and can dive deep into disparate systems yet have the skills and personality to effectively exert influence over a highly distributed organizational environment. The ideal candidate also has a strong customer focus and able to define requirements for not only our own team but for other teams as well. The candidate also has strong track record of delivering highly complex projects in an agile way while managing several external dependencies. Lastly, the ideal candidate is capable of working in the low level details but also think and operate at a program level for all of Amazon Fashion technology initiatives. Basic Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with driving enterprise/consumer Software/Technology initiatives. Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment. Great communication skills both in person and in writing. Solid track record for delivery of high quality products.

Preferred Qualifications
