Key Responsibilities Collaborate with scrum team and product owner to design and implement solutions that provide long term scalability, reliability, and performance Developing, deploying, and testing SharePoint 2010 and .NET applications Developing solutions to integrate with other business applications Creating and delivering technical and project documentation as required throughout the project lifecycle Aid in support cases relating to SharePoint application in production Demonstrate experience in Visual Studio, TFS, .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, html, XML Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented property and meet ROI objectives Evangelize leading technology and implement proof-of-concept that will provide value department or company wide. Core Competencies & Role Requirements 5+ years’ experience in software development and complete development life cycle. Proven experience in ASP.NET and related web development technologies: XHTML, XML, XSLT, CSS; JavaScript and Ajax; Silverlight, Flash; Client interaction with SOAP/REST web services. Familiarity with SharePoint constructs and the SharePoint rendering model: master pages, page layouts, web parts. Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to working, attractive HTML. Experience working on the SharePoint platform, preferably Office Server. Experience with Master pages, layout pages, both in ASP.NET and in the way SharePoint uses them. Knowledge and experience working using the SharePoint Foundation (WSS) and SharePoint Server object model or web services; Experience with SharePoint deployment constructs: Solution framework and features. Familiarity with SharePoint development practices and tools: Visual Studio, TFS, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to lead and motivate others. Ability to set priorities, and meet deadlines. Flexibly adapt to a changing environment. Solid design experience. Experience working in an agile development environment, or the disposition and interest to succeed in such environment.
