Operations Coordinator - North America (Contract)


Bloomberg Institute is an exciting EdTech company in New York, based by New York s most successful tech startup Bloomberg LP. Our first product is an entry-level recruiting platform for students interested in finance. The Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) is the fastest growing finance test of all time and has reached well over 100,000 students across 3,000 campuses worldwide in just a few years. We re looking to grow our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong powers of management and organization to join our New York team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the sourcing and scheduling of proctors for our on campus BAT sessions across North America. In addition, this position would be responsible for the processing and submission of operational invoices.


Responsibilities:

- Manage scheduling of the BAT proctor fleet in North America for upcoming session planning

- Source and hire new proctors for test sessions in North America

- Communicate with global university sales team, hiring manager, and university contacts

- Mange submission of session planning invoices

- Potential short term projects that would help assist with the university sales process


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with numerous individuals

- Team player who can also work independently

- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Bloomberg terminal

- 40 hours a week over a 6-month consulting period

- Must be able to work at a client site in NYC

- Prior management/administrative experience is a plus
