Regional Operators will be responsible for 6-12 stores and will have stretch to grow as we expand into new markets. The Regional Operator is the driver of all store operations and makes strategic decisions to build the capabilities of the General Managers, while driving company initiatives to improve the business. S/he provides leadership, coaching, and direction to the stores to improve operations and maximize the long-term sales and profits for of each store. S/he drives execution with the GM's and holds them accountable for performance. Regional Operators help General Managers identify opportunities and create plans for improvement

Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, with leading new store openings and managing multiple units in the restaurant industry •Experience in a rapidly growing retail or restaurant organization, preferably in the fast casual environment •Demonstrated leadership capability to build strong teams and achieve business goals with a People First mentality •A stable and progressive work history. •A history of embracing innovation in the restaurant environment. •Prior kitchen experience is preferred. •Self-discipline and initiative. •Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to do all functions on the job description as required
